Collection Pricing

Stroozer's art holds a value of about $49 per a square inch for an original that he paints today. Signed and numbered prints have a value of just under $4 per a square inch.

Versailles, a 31" x 23" watercolor, part of the Windows of the World series, sold for $35,000 in the early 1990s, and has appreciated in value.

This collection of two large 'Windows' originals, Stroozer's first ever painting of San Francisco, and three additional high end collectors prints, holds great value and HTN is offering to sell the collection below market valued.

It is extremely rare when a Stroozer collection with this size of originals comes on the market. Interested buyers please contact Betsy Thomas (Fine Art Advisory, LLC) at 917-488-1385 or email StroozerArt@htn.org.
